FLASHBACK: 25 and a half years ago I stood for election for the Green Party in Denbighshire. Nothing much seems to have changed except, perhaps, that the only recycling back then was in the form of occasional bottle and paper banks.
And you don’t get greener than this: we fly-posted overnight using flour and water paste and then right after the vote we spent another long night removing them all again.
I was terrified of actually winning! But glad to report I came 4th out of 6.
